A 45 minute distance/remote crystal energy healing session where we can work on your goals and areas of focus. I will scan your energy and place crystals on a grid mat as the vibrational energy of the crystals help get your body back into alignment. We will explore what is going on in your root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras.
If this is your first healing session with me, you will receive intake forms to fill out prior to your scheduled session. Besides that, all you need to do to prepare is be open and willing to receive the healing energies of the session.
A PDF will be sent via email with a picture, writeup, and a timelapse video of your distance/remote session. This is NOT a live session (please visit live sessions to book a live virtual energy healing). You can choose to sit/lie in meditation as you review the video.
