This package explores which chakra needs your attention at this time with a 3-card mini reading and 15 minutes of remote/distance energy healing targeted towards that area to help you rebalance. I will scan your energy and place crystals on a grid mat as the vibrational energy of the crystals helps get your body back into alignment.
If this is your first healing session with me, you will receive intake forms to fill out prior to your scheduled session. Besides that, all you need to do to prepare is be open and willing to receive the healing energies of the session.
